After 18 years of practice, I'd say the most rewarding part of practicing at Glendale Memorial is working with such a diverse and dedicated group of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, administrators and ancillary staff. Although the hospital is large enough to attract patients from throughout the area, there is a "community hospital" feel throughout the medical staff.
As an obstetrician, the quality of staff in Labor and Delivery and the NICU is essential for providing care. The Obstetricians are a close group of solo practioners who have an excellent working relationship and provide coverage for each other.
I enjoy living in this area because Glendale is an up and coming city! There is so much to do, and businesses are targeting Glendale as a major city in southern California.
