Free Blood Pressure Screening
The first Friday of each month from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in the Eagle Rock Plaza, free blood pressure screenings are offered by Glen Park Retirement Community of Glendale.

Exercise to the Sounds of the Big Bands
A fun-filled light exercise session to the sounds of the big bands. Every Tuesday and Thursday, from 8 to 9 a.m.

Walk-A-Dile-Walking Program
Eagle Rock Plaza and Glendale Memorial 50plus sponsor this walking program. Walk in a safe environment, free from the smog, heat and cold! From 8 to 10 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Just come to the Eagle Rock Plaza to walk! See you there.

AARP Mature Driving Class
Sign up now for this eight-hour, two-day "classroom only" refresher course. This program is designed to help develop increased confidence and safety while driving. It also helps you save money on your car insurance. Call for reservations and more information.

Senior Peer Counseling
We can help you cope with depression, anxiety, relationships, losses and normal aging issues. Individual and group counseling sessions available. Counselors are well-trained, warm, caring volunteers committed to providing high-quality counseling and helping seniors to help themselves.

Coffee and Conversation - Current Events
A weekly program on current events. Facilitated by Senior Peer Counselors, this program offers seniors a chance to get together, enjoy refreshments, and discuss events of the day. Meets every Wednesday, from 10:30 a.m. to  noon in the Senior Peer Counseling offices on the first floor of Glendale Memorial Hospital.
