Patient Valuables Policy

Glendale Memorial Hospital will not be liable for loss or damage to any money, jewelry, documents, or any other personal property during the Patient's hospital stay unless such items and property are deposited in our safe. Our maximum liability under the law for loss of any personal property deposited with the Hospital is five hunder dollars ($500).
