Transportation Services
Free van transportation is offered for ambulatory patients living within a 15-mile radius of the hospital. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a patient is having a procedure at the hospital (X-ray, physical therapy, GI lab), their physician’s office must contact Patient Transportation at
(818) 502-1900 ext. 2044
and ask to schedule the van to pick up the patient or take them home. The nursing floors may also request transportation home for a patient. Please make sure the transportation request is made at least three days in advance of the patient transport. The hospital van is not available for physician office appointments.
