What can I do to protect myself from getting sick?
1. Take these every day steps to protect your health:
2. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.  Throw the tissue in the trash.
3. Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Use alcohol-based hand cleaners.
4. Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
5. If you get sick with influenza, the stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
