Visiting Hours & Guidelines

To help ensure patient safety, Glendale Memorial is not permitting young children to visit patients in the hospital, due to the H1N1 flu and guidelines from public health organizations. Please note the restrictions below:

Children under age 16 are not permitted to visit patients in the Maternal Child Health areas on the fifth and second floors, including maternity, labor and delivery and the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Children under age 14 are not permitted in all other patient care areas within the hospital.

These standards are based on guidelines set by the California Department of Public Health and the Perinatal Advisory Council/Leadership, Advocacy, Consultation.

Thank you for your assistance in helping keep our patients and staff safe by controlling the spread of the flu.
